FitPrimers Data Deletion Request

To delete your personal data from FitPrimers, provide the email address associated with your account. After verification, we will permanently delete your profile data and associated information. Your account will remain active, but you will need to complete onboarding again to use the app.

What will be deleted:

  • Your profile information (name, date of birth, fitness preferences, goals, and settings)
  • Your workout history and program data
  • Your activity records and progress tracking
  • Your training preferences (strength level, activity level, training frequency, etc.)
  • All other personal data associated with your profile

What will remain:

  • Your account (you can still log in with your email and password)
  • Your authentication credentials

Important information:

  • This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your data is deleted, you will not be able to recover your workout history, progress, or preferences.
  • After data deletion, you will need to complete the onboarding process again to set up a new profile and start using the app.
  • Data deletion typically takes 7–14 business days after verification.
  • Your subscription status (if applicable) will remain unchanged.
